Limit Points Redemption Per Order
You can control how many points a customer must use at minimum and the maximum they’re allowed to apply per order.
To configure:
- Go to Points & Rewards > Setup.
- In the Points to Currency Conversion area, enter:
- Minimum Points Required: Customers can only apply points if they have this amount or more.
- Maximum Points Allowed: This limits the total number of points that can be redeemed per order.
💡 Tip: This is especially useful to avoid low-value redemptions or to encourage larger purchases.
