How to Export Customer Points Data

Exporting Member Points Data

You can export your members’ points data to a CSV file at any time. This is useful for backups, reporting, or migrating to another system.

To export:

1. Navigate to Points & Rewards > Members.
2. Click the Download CSV button at the top of the page.

The file will include:

• Customer email
• First/Last name
• Current points balance
• Total collected and redeemed points
